Responsibilities:

To arrange short term & long term loan from bank and other financial institution for ensuring working capital requirement & capital expenditures of the company to smooth business operations.
To follow up all commercial activities relating with Import, export & customs bond and other relevant activities.
To arrange low cost finance for any major expansion of project.
To review the preparation & presentation of financial statements as per IAS & IFRS.
To review and analysis cash flow of the company.
To ensure the compliance of Income Tax and VAT and to complete the tax assessment within stipulated time and submission of VAT return to the VAT office duly.
To review and analysis all costing of different buyer’s order and comment whether that particular order will be profitable or loss for the company.
To check and review LC opening procedure and LC acceptance procedure.
To check and authorize all kind of salary & wages payment/supplier payment and ensuring their proper recording.
To settle all the financial claims to the company and the company’s claim to other parties.
To monitor all the CAPEX expenditure and follow up the factory expansion work.
To analysis the style and product wise profitability.
To prepare financial budget of the company and monitoring income and expenditures through variance analysis.
To do any other work, assignment and special task if required for the company time to time.
