Responsibilities:
A) Sales Strategy & Business Growth -
- Develop and execute annual and long-term sales strategies
aligned with company objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through project-based sales,
institutional sales, and channel development.
- Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, real
estate, industrial, and government projects.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market expansion
plans.
B) Key Account & Project Management -
- Lead high-value project sales involving contractors,
consultants, developers, architects, and government agencies.
- Maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors,
ready-mix concrete (RMC) companies, and distributors.
- Monitor project pipelines from specification to execution
and final billing.
- Ensure product approvals, specifications, and technical
compliance in projects.
C) Channel & Distributor Management -
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and
sales partners.
- Ensure proper territory coverage, distributor performance,
and receivables management.
- Monitor market pricing, competitor activity, and channel
conflicts.
- Strengthen secondary sales and ensure product availability
in the market.
D) Team Leadership
& Performance Management -
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional/area sales team.
- Set KPIs, targets, and performance metrics for sales staff.
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and capability-building
initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance and customer-centric sales
culture.
E) Technical & Solution Selling -
- Work closely with technical and application teams to offer
customized solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and
site support.
- Coordinate with QA and R&D teams for product
improvements and innovations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective pre- and
post-sales support.
F) Market Intelligence & Reporting -
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing
dynamics.
- Provide timely sales reports, MIS, and performance
dashboards to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs,
and ethical sales practices.
Education Requirement :
- BBA/MBA/B Sc./M Sc. in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration
