Job Title: Manager – Supply Planning (S&OE)

Education: Graduation

Experience: 8 ~ 12 years

Responsibilities:

S&OE Governance & Leadership:

  • Lead the supply planning stream within S&OE forums
  • Ensure alignment between S&OP supply plan and operational execution
  • Approve major re-planning, allocation, and trade-off decisions
  • Drive structured exception management and decision discipline

 Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure robust short-term production, procurement, and deployment plans
  • Monitor execution performance and systemic risks
  • Lead cross-functional resolution of supply disruptions
  • Establish scenario-based re-planning frameworks

 Performance Management:

  • Own KPIs including:
    • Service Level
    • OTIF
    • Inventory Stability
    • Backlog & Shortage management
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring supply instability
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

 People Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Supply Planners and Inventory analysts
  • Set clear performance expectations and objectives
  • Conduct performance reviews and development planning
  • Build planning capability and succession readiness
  • Foster collaboration across Demand, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics

 Process & Capability Development:

  • Standardize S&OE supply processes and governance
  • Improve planning tools, digitalization, and reporting
  • Drive data accuracy and master data discipline
  • Support automation and analytics improvements

Education Requirement :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an Engineering Faculty

Additional Requirement :

  • Experience with Supply Planning / S&OP / S&OE/Inventory Analysis
  • Minimum 3+ years of team leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of S&OP and S&OE integration
  • Strong understanding of forecasting models and scenario planning
  • Business and financial acumen (budgeting, portfolio planning)
  • Advanced Excel / BI / planning system capability
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • Experience in FMCG / multi-category business environment is a strong advantage
  • APICS/CSCP/CPIM or any other international certification preferre
