Responsibilities:

• Leading & Mentoring Team -
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the IT Infrastructure team to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize the team’s workload and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Oversee hybrid infrastructure, including on-premises servers and cloud platforms.
  • Manage deployment, operation, and optimization of Azure-based solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Oversee team skill development, training, and certification, particularly in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
  • Provide mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Manage IT Projects -
  • Implement cloud governance, monitoring, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery for cloud workloads.
  • Forecast upcoming requirements and prepare proposals for management approval.

• Troubleshoot and Manage Technical Issues -
  • Develop and enforce best practices, IT security standards, and operational controls in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and manage cloud security features including Azure Security Centre, Sentinel, Defender, Key Vault, and Identity Management.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments (VA), penetration testing (PT), and remediate risks across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Design and operate Azure Site Recovery and Backup solutions.
  • Ensure robust data security, backup, and recovery processes.
  • Manage data centre operations and disaster recovery planning.

• Collaboration with Entities and Departments -
  • Analyze departmental requirements to design and deliver technology solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to improve workflows and automate processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for solution design, procurement, AMC/SLA management, and troubleshooting.

• Develop and Implement Policies - 
  • Plan, design, and deploy system, network, security, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and data privacy regulations.

• Documentation -
  • Maintain documentation for system operations, purchases, approvals, incidents, and changes. Preserve and optimize IT and cloud assets. 

Education Requirement :

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering from Reputed University
• (CCNP, MCSE, VCP, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are highly desirable.
• Candidate having professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001, CEH will be given preference.
• Preferred experience in NGOs, Banks, Financial institutions, or multinational companies. 

Additional Requirement :

• Cloud Infrastructure:
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (primary) and familiarity with AWS and OCP.
  • Experience with Azure AD, Azure Networking, Virtual Machines, Storage, Kubernetes/AKS, App Services, API Management, Logic Apps, and Monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud setups, cloud migration strategies, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep)
•  Systems & Virtualization: Windows Server administration, Hyper-V/VMware, clustered systems, log monitoring, and server hardware administration
• Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP): experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-scale solutions on OCP. (Architect and operate containerized workloads on OpenShift in on premise or cloud environments, Configure, monitor, and optimize OCP clusters for performance, reliability, and security)
•  Networking: VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, spanning tree, routing protocols, VPNs (IPSec/SSL), GRE tunnelling, bandwidth/load balancing

• Security: Firewall configuration (Fortinet, Cisco), centralized antivirus, SSL certificate deployment/renewal, and compliance with ISO 27001

• Storage: SAN/NAS administration, NetApp solutions, MPIO, iSCSI, and virtualization storage planning.

• Licensing & Subscriptions: Microsoft OS & Office, antivirus, firewall, SSL certificates, and product licensing.
