Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth - 

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead, monitor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and key accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, corporate clients, and consultants.

 Marketing & Brand Development - 

• Plan and implement integrated marketing strategies (digital, offline, corporate branding).
• Oversee promotional campaigns, exhibitions, corporate presentations, and client events.
• Strengthen brand positioning and visibility in the interior design market.

Business Development - 

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive growth strategies.
• Prepare proposals, costing strategies, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate commitments.

Leadership & Reporting - 

• Recruit, train, and develop sales & marketing team members.
• Set KPIs, evaluate performance, and prepare regular MIS and sales reports.
• Report directly to top management with insights and growth recommendations. 

Education Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• MBA or professional certification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage. 

Additional Requirement :

• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
• Professional attitude, integrity, and strong business ethics.
• Sound knowledge of interior project costing, bidding, and contract management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
