Responsibilities:

A) Human Resource Management:

  • Lead all HR activities at the factory level, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and welfare.
  • Plan and manage manpower as per production schedules and seasonal requirements.
  • Ensure timely attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination with the Head Office HR.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and maintain updated employee records and documentation.
  • Support management in implementing company HR policies, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.

B) Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Relations:

  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee disputes in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Liaise with government bodies such as the Department of Labor, Factory Inspectorate, and local authorities for statutory compliance. 
  • Build strong communication channels between management and employees to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Maintain a healthy industrial relations climate by proactively engaging with workers, supervisors, and union representatives (if applicable).

Education Requirement :

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or Management. PGD in HRM will be a plus.
