Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular market surveillance to detect counterfeit, infringed, or unauthorized products.
• Assist in investigations, evidence collection, and reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with law enforcement authorities to support enforcement actions (e.g., raids, seizure, mobile courts).
• Prepare timely reports highlighting market risks, trends, and recommended actions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with relevant government offices, enforcement bodies, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and submission of company communications and letters to external authorities.
• Support coordination of meetings, visits, and advocacy activities with government stakeholders.
• Assist in handling law enforcement–related issues impacting company operations.

Education Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Additional Requirement :

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in both Bangla and English.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional networks with external institutions.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Integrity, discretion, and resilience in handling sensitive matters.
