Responsibilities:

• The role will be primarily accountable for the followings:
• Lead the technical and administrative aspects of the Finishing operations by aligning high performance standards to meet expected target of productivity and quality
• Manage the development and implementation of operational policies, SOP`s and controls of Finishing operations so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost effective service to customers
• Manage continuous improvement and change management process through innovation and encourage Finishing employees to understand, follow and embrace change of new processes and procedures in order to achieve the objectives of the business
• Ensure that production is carried out in compliance with all relevant safety, health, quality and environmental management policies and SOPs to assure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products / services and a responsible environmental attitude
• Ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives related to the Finishing department, setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to enhance individual and team performance

Education Requirement :

• B.Sc. Engineering in any discipline/B.Sc( Hons), M.Sc in Chemistry/Physics
