Financial Strategy and
Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the
organization’s business objectives Supervise and manage the accounting team to
ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Oversee the preparation of
budgets and forecasts, ensuring they are realistic and aligned with company
goals. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities,
and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Demonstrate expertise in
treasury management and conduct detailed feasibility analyses for various
capital investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Lead the operation and
optimization of the ERP system to drive automation, streamline accounting
processes, and enhance overall financial efficiency.
Business Partnership:
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support
decision-making. Act as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors on
financial matters.
Financial Reporting and
Compliance: Ensure the timely preparation and submission of accurate financial
statements and reports to internal and external stakeholders. Oversee
compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory
requirements.
Ensure accurate and efficient
product costing while implementing cost control initiatives to reduce
operational expenses and provide strategic recommendations to management for
enhancing overall business operation.
Risk Management: Identify and
assess financial risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor cash flow
and liquidity to ensure financial stability. Maintain relationships with
financial institutions to manage funding and investment requirements.
Accounting Operations:
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable,
receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Ensure accurate and timely
month-end and year-end closings. Monitor and improve financial controls,
processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee the preparation of
financial statements with all supporting schedule bank reconciliation and loan
reconciliation, preparing manufacturing process costing, compare with standard
costing, standard P/L accounts compare with actual P/L on the monthly basis.
Preparing & maintaining
company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statements,
cash and fund flow statements, stock records, trial balances, profit and loss
accounts etc.
Leadership and Team
Development: Lead and mentor the Accounts and Finance team, fostering a
high-performance culture. Identify skill gaps and implement training programs
to enhance team capabilities. Set clear objectives and performance metrics for
team members.
Develop and implement
accounting policies and procedures.
Oversee accounts payable,
accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
Set up the Inventory
management system.
Education Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/ CA preferred).
Must have Professional
qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
Additional Requirement :
Strong knowledge of financial
management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Advanced
proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Strong leadership, communication,
