Responsibilities:

• Supervising full spectrum of accounting activities (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) eg. AR, AP, GL, Accounts finalization, etc.
• Preparing various Financial Statement and MIS like Profitability Report, Cost-Revenue Analysis, Budget Variance Analysis
• Prepare Statutory Books of Accounts, Financial statements and Annual reports in conformity with related accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensure accurate deduction of withholding taxes – AIT, VDS, Other tax obligations and maintain reconciliation of accounts. Ensure filing of returns and handle tax assessments and queries   
• Generating and providing accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
• Track detail of Customer Receivables, Vendors Outstanding, Assets Capitalization, Inventory Accounting of Slow Moving / Obsolete goods, Expenses Provisions  and  ensure accounting hygiene  across all GL Balances 
• Responsible for timely closing of monthly accounts and preparation of various schedules
  Review & authorize /approve all entries to the ledger and ensure accuracy, accountability and transparency
• Handling and supervision of Factory related Finance & Accounts activities.
• Prepare Annual Budget and Quarterly Rolling Forecasts
• Direct and participate in cost analysis and Product costing and pricing and prepare variance analysis reports
• Supervise and direct Audit related Activities

Education Requirement :

• Minimum Graduate from reputed University.
• Should be young and dynamic CA 

Additional Requirement :

• Skilled in Business Planning, Financial Accounting, Record to Report (R2R), Income Tax, VAT Management, Variance Analysis, Business Analytics and Auditing
• Possess a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a busy accounting environment (Experience in Manufacturing and/or FMCG sector will be preferred)
• Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Be a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player with an ability to drive a team towards achieving the company's objectives.
• Have relevant IT Skills (MS Excel, Power point, ERP)
• Have a mature & pleasant personality and be willing to work extended hours and meet deadline, as and  when necessary.
• Ability to handle / experience in handling 3-6 team members
