Education: Graduation

Responsibilities:

Accountable for (oversee):
  • Technical training of staff and Partner Organizations
  • Quality of service after sales and all technical activities
  • Quality assurance of Partner Organization activities
  • Budget control of all operational activities
  • Nationwide logistics
  • Company policies, procedures, legal and donor compliance requirements are adhering to expected standards
  • Developing and implementing company policies and procedures, ensuring all staff follow
  • Warehouse Operation & Inventory Management and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, and maintaining solid inventory data.
Responsible for managing:
  • Build strong relationships by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Relationship with local biodigester manufacturer and other key suppliers
  • Technical services, including service after sales
  • Procurement and logistics
  • Human Resources
  • Database management
  • General Administration – office supplies, vehicles
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
Other leadership responsibilities:
  • Involved in budget, strategic and risk management preparation and implementation
  • Responsible for Operations team performance, conducting regular coaching and performance management discussions to develop and enhance staff capability
  • Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions
  • Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team to discuss about issues, concerns, updates etc. as per meeting rhythm.

Education Requirement :

  • Graduate from reputed university

Additional Requirement :

  • Experience in operations focused activities such as supply chain, distribution and/or after sales support
  • Experience in appliance manufacturing industry would be added advantage
  • Added advantage if there is working knowledge on ERP, Project management tools and Customer Relationship Management / ticketing software
