Responsibilities:

A. Treasury Operations for BD team:

• Communication with the banks on LCs
• Communication and Coordination on Fixed Deposits
• Collections issues and challenges – To be handled with the Bank
• Capex for BEZA – Projections and Term Loans
• Working Capital management – Daily Cash Flows and weekly to the Top Management
• Visiting Central Bank of Bangladesh – Royalties/ remissions
• Dealing with other banks to Increase Business Operations

B. Plant Accounting:

• Responsible for Plant Accounting
• GRNS/DCs/ Daily Stock Statement to be presented to the management
• Wastages analysis and its affirmations
• BOM – IN ERP and control over the BOM Composition
• Stock – Physical Vs Actuals
• Plant MIS – To be circulated on a weekly basis
• Conversion Costs etc.
• Plant Expenses – Ownership

C. Handling External Audits:

• Statutory Audits and Closure of financials
• Handling Internal Audit issues
• Cost audit and ensuring Cost
• Liaising with External stakeholders

Education Requirement :

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in accounting or equivalent with qualified CA holder
