  • Ensure Business Partnering<!--[if supportFields]>PRIVATE <![endif]--><!--[if supportFields]><![endif]--> to the employees and business
  • Lead and leverage HR Services Function

Education Requirement :

  • BBA/MBA from a reputed university, preferably with a Major/Minor in HR

Additional Requirement :

  • Thorough knowledge on Tax Law, Bangladesh Labor Law, Bangladesh Wage Board Rules and Market Salary Trend.
  • High analytical ability and expert in MS Office.
