Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for planning, organizing and conducting the processes to balance revenues and costs to get highest possible operating profits.
  • Prepare budget for CAPEX & OPEX.
  • Coordinate with different cross functional departments to ensure required support especially in areas of supply chain, budgetary planning and control. 4. Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities and materials.
  • Oversee planning and implementation of production plans including receiving sales forecasts; requisition for procurement of raw materials and manufacturing of products.
  • Allocate resources effectively (e.g. Inventory control) and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results complying with plant safety procedures.
  • Participate in CAPEX decision making process in line with long term strategy.
  • Develop systems and processes that track productivity, waste rate, performance targets to measure the performance of the team and to ensure highest return on assets.
  • Lead the coordination with all local and international vendors for technical assistance.
  • Ensure overall administrative activities like employee’s absenteeism, punctuality, discipline, canteen management, plant beautification, housekeeping, office management, vehicle movement, liaison with external administration for licenses etc.
  • Ensure the HR activities like KPI, manpower hiring, employee training & development, employee motivation and retention etc.
  • Ensure the durability and safety of the products.
  • Lead the capacity expansion project.
  • Ensure the best staffing to maximize the best output.
  • Ensure the overall safety of the plant.
  • Ensure to achieve all quality parameters.
  • Ensures that the best products are delivered to all customers. 

Education Requirement :

  • M.Sc. / MBA
  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering/ EEE/ IP
