Job Title: Manager, HR Operations & Rewards

Education: Graduation

Responsibilities:

1. Managing HR Systems & Services-
  • Ensure that Key HRIS User of SuccessFactors is maintaining the employee database
  • Oversee Performance Management, Salary Review in SuccessFactors.
  • Improve attendance system and integrate it with
  • Guide site/plant HR Transactional team to ensure HR services. Support them to improve their capabilities to serve the employees
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new
  • Resolving all employee-related issues and queries with the help of relevant
2. HR Budgeting and Reporting-
  • Support headcount planning and prepare annual HR
  • Review headcounts in line with budget and reconcile people costs on a monthly
  • Support Budgeting team for forecast accuracy in terms of people
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting (e.g. headcount reporting, other reporting to Finance) and support with ad-hoc reports as required by HRBP and other concerned.
3. Overseeing Payroll, Benefits and Retinal Funds-
  • Accurate disbursement of monthly payroll through
  • Ensure proper tax adjustment and other process
  • Work closely with Finance on provision, reconciliation and
  • Provident Fund management including investment, settlement in compliance with
  • Manage Gratuity Fund management including investment, actuarial, settlement and
  • Manage Workers Profit Participation Fund (WPPF) management including settlement and resolving past
4. Managing Rewards related Activities-
  • Participate in market salary surveys; Conduct external benchmarking; Generate and conduct data analysis, interpret results and is able to make recommendations for
  • Monitor reviews of compensation and benefits packages to maintain market
  • Develop benefit strategies to ensure competitiveness and cost effectiveness in local
  • Drive and implement the annual salary revision process.
  • Supports implementation of total rewards global projects/program and ensure appropriate local implementation in the context of global
5. Supporting to improve Processes/Policies-
  • Support HRBP to standardize, simplify and automate people processes in alignment with global
  • Assist to maintain and update processes/policies (including local employee handbook/policies/guidelines) to ensure alignment with current laws, regulations, and Group
  • Supervise accurate and timely reporting (e.g. headcount reporting, other reporting to Finance) and overseas ad-hoc reports as requested by Cluster
6. Supporting HRBP to ensure HR Compliances-
  • Review all HR activities are in line with labour and other local
  • Work closely with business controllership team and proactively identify process Take actions to improve those.
  • Act as focal points for Group Internal Audits and other routine Company
  • Support Plant HR team for Brand
  • Check periodically and ensure HR compliances for third party vendor
  • Aware other HR team members on labour laws and
  • Provide support to Country HRBP and work closely on all strategic Assume any other responsibility as required by the position.
7. Key Relationships-  
  • Internal - COE members, Country Leadership Team, Group HR team members, Finance, Business Controller, All
  • External - Labour offices, Third party vendors, Accounting firms for fund audit, payroll service provider.

Education Requirement :

  • Bachelors in HRM from reputed University.

Additional Requirement :

Experience, Skills, Knowledge-
  • 3 to 5 years of supervisory role
  • Hands on experience of managing Rewards, Payroll and Retiral Funds (PF, Gratuity, WPPF ).
  • Established track record of managing HR transactional services.
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws/Rules and and practices
  • Prior experience of managing SAP based HRIS (SuccessFactors) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex issues, perform research and technical analysis, and design solutions.
  • Must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrent assignments/projects, as well as lead projects.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and results orientation, committed to high standards of performanceand continuous improvement.
  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership competencies
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills with special emphasis on MS Excel.
Desirable-
  • Progressive work experience in manufacturing based organizations will serve as an addedadvantage,
  • Excellent oral communication skills, including presentation and training experience for different audiences.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bangla
