This position involves Mechanical Engineering, Design, Analysis and prototyping of new products and associated testing and assembly equipment.
There is an emphasis on pneumatic, mechanical and electro-mechanical components/assemblies. The ideal candidate will have some relevant experience in the design, analysis and prototyping of mechanisms. Hands-on skills (prototyping, fabrication, testing), and analysis (static, dynamic, thermal).
Design experience with SolidWorks and ability to perform mechanical analysis or flow simulation is highly desirable. The candidate must be flexible and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment as a member of a cross functional team and as an individual contributor.
A successful candidate will be able to show evidence of their capability to excel in performance tasks independently as an individual contributor, and to function well as a member of a cross-functional team.
Education Requirement :
BSc Engineer in Mechanical from reputed University
Additional Requirement :
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation
Ability to manage complex technical projects under short timelines
Self-motivated to find solutions to challenging technical problems
Demonstrated ideation and creative problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge base in Mechanical Engineering (Design and Analysis)
Proficiency in Design software ideally Solidworks
Demonstrated proficiency in performing Mechanical Simulation and Analysis (experience in SolidWorks Simulation is preferred)
Proficiency in Tolerance studies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is essential
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques, their capabilities, strengths and weaknesses. Prior assembly or shop experience is a plus.
