Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor pool and update vendor informaton.
• Observe vendor registration process as per company policy.
• Maintain vendor database and support activity owners (PICs) time to time.
• Verify vendor documents during enlistment.
• Support vendors in operation of Bidding & Quotation Management System.
• Manage vendor signing up and troubleshooting
• Conduct training to vendor regarding operation of procurement system.
• Ensure smooth operation of procurement process through the procurement system
• Support activity owners (PICs) in operating through procurement system
• Management of vendor selection process as per company policy.
• Circulation, collection and analysis of bids/quotations process as per company policy
• Selection of eligible vendor according to requirements per activity.
• Finalizing of rates for goods or services in respect to activity request.
• Coordination with company's global procurement team of issues relating to procurement process.
• Ensure application of company procurement policy in procurement process with highest accuracy.

Education Requirement :

• BBA/MBA from a reputed (tier-1) Institute- Local or Foreign plus CMA (Inter)/CA (Inter)

Additional Requirement :

• Derivation: Differentiation, Market analysis and insight, data-savvy
• Project: Mid- to long-term roadmap for tax optimization, budgeting strategy, ROI
• Focus: ROI, Profitability, Cost-saving
• Communication: Proficient in English (all 4 skills), Bangla, Presentation
• Behavior: Emotionally Intelligent, System thinking and Professional, Process-driven, Number-savvy
• IT: MS Office (full professional), Advanced Excel Program, SAP, ERP, Tech-savvy
• Technology: Telecommunication Technologies especially, 4G & 5G
