Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for new and existing products or services. Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy and develop a brand strategy.
Responsible for overall Sales Operation.
Strong monitoring of sales force as per management system.
Set and administer an annual marketing budget.
Prepare monthly sales plan & execute accordingly to achieve sales target.
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively.
Manage and measure marketing campaign costs and Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.
Identify new business opportunities and Conduct market research studies.
Negotiate with media agencies on the production of promotional materials.
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
Resolving key client issues and complaints.
Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.
Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.
Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Ensure collection of market dues, bad debts, recovery, settlement and adjustment.
Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
Education Requirement :
MBA or Post Graduation in Marketing from any reputed public university with good academic result.
Additional Requirement :
Excellent knowledge in IT
Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
