Job Title: Accounts Manger

Education: Post Graduation / MBA

Experience: 10 years

Job Function: Accounting/Finance


  • Plan, implement and supervise the company's financial strategy.
  • Supervising the maintenance of internal controls designed to safeguard assets and the integrity of its fiscal systems by analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to Directors.
  • Process payments of transfer/cheques/cash and take approval in vouchers and other relevant documents from the Board of Directors.
  • Review bills/payment request, and check to ensure in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Record expenditures/payments under appropriate budget heads/accounts in the ERP (accounting) system.
  • Checking different sorts of bill, voucher, requisition slips & miscellaneous financial transaction.
  • Maintain daily petty cash holding limit and prepare petty cash reports with balance denomination at the end of each day.
  • Maintain Tax/VAT registers and Tax/VAT challan for Clients/vendors/service/ providers/staff, etc., and provide challan copies and certificates to Clients/vendors/service providers
  • Deduct VAT and Tax at applicable rates and deposit to Govt. Treasury within the stipulated time
  • Perform Audit of all different kinds of payments to comply with existing policies
  • Maintain and preparing bank reconciliation statements.
  • Prepared monthly, quarterly & Yearly Financial Statement & management Account.
  • Prepare Payroll and Monthly Salary Disbursement
  • Banking and following up with bank and related party as and when necessary for clearing the outstanding transactions.
  • Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.

Education Requirement :

  • Post Graduate / Graduate in Accounting or Finance in any reputed university.
  • Professional degree such as, CA or CMA part qualified will be given preference

Additional Requirement :

  • Excellent competencies in IT-based accounting methods including ERP software operation
  • Proven experience of handling and monitoring Finance and Accounts functions of project implementation
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience of compliance of relevant Government Rules and Regulations as well as International Financial Reporting Standards
  • Excellent Command in MS Office applications.
  • Pro in MS Excel
  • Should be proactive, innovative and energetic
  • Strong communication in English and Bangla & Interpersonal skills
  • Working under pressure
  • Should have mentality to work beyond time frame
