Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager-Project Finance & Business Development

Education: Post Graduation / MBA

Experience: 8 years+

Job Function: Accounting/Finance

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collection, compilation, analysis and challenge, and obtaining assumptions provided by different departments
  • Development and maintenance of formal assumptions book for the projects’ financial model
  • Prepare financial feasibility reports based on the assumptions collected and analyzed.
  • Conduct research & remain updated on investment climate in Bangladesh vs. other economies in South and South East Asia (especially with respect to Tax & Costs) to understand relative opportunities & challenges in Bangladesh vis-à-vis other countries.
  • Conduct industry, market and company research to understand opportunities for AKK vis-à-vis other companies in Bangladesh.
  • Analyze financial statements to understand industry and company dynamics, market trends and business model / processes of relevant industries to create financial models for assessing financial feasibility of similar investment projects in Bangladesh.
  • Development and maintenance of financial models, controls, documentation relevant to project finance.
  • Maintaining a database of financial variables of projects.
  • Coordinating with different departments for understanding the assumptions provided for the financial models.
  • Any other task as/ when assign by the Supervisor or the delegated person or Top Management.

Education Requirement :

  • MBA Finance from any reputed University of Bangladesh and abroad.
  • Having a relevant Professional Degree is a must (CFA or CIMA).

Additional Requirement :

  • Having minimum 5 years of hands on experience in a reputed company in similar position in any reputed Organization.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
  • Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
  • Sound knowledge on Financial Reporting.
  • Advance financial modelling skills is required. Knowledge on VBA will be added advantages.
  • Innovative, confident and energetic
  • Strong team player who leads from the front
  • Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skill.
